1. About cookies
We use cookies to measure the number of visitors. We use Google's own analytics tools, Google Analytics, to do this. The program never saves any personal information about you as a visitor when you are on the page. If you want to turn off cookies, you can do it in your browser.
2. Terms and conditons
Our general terms and conditions apply when you make an order as a consumer via shop.isa.nu, and related pages. The agreement is concluded between you and Isaform AB, organization number 556784-3395. You must be 18 years old to make orders on the site. Isaform AB reserves the right to make any text or picture errors such as incorrect product description, price information or stock availability / delivery information. Isaform AB can update and correct incorrect information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated in connection with ordering, we will notify you immediately and await your approval before ordering is completed. The website and all related material are owned by Isaform AB. Trademarks, images, texts or any other material from the site may not be copied or used without written notice from us.
3. Agreement and order
To shop on our site, you must accept the terms and accept that the purchase implies a payment liability. A purchase agreement is only concluded when you make an order and this is confirmed by Isaform AB. Keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that ALL entered information in your order, like text spelling on personal prints, is accurate.
4. Personal data
We handle all personal data according to PUL (Personal Data Act) and after 25 May 2018 GDPR. The contact information we receive via our contact form on the site, we only use for contact purposes. We never sell or ship information from our site to a third party. In order for you to make a purchase with us, we need information about name, address and telephone number. This information is only used by Isaform AB and the parties involved in the completion of your order. You may at any time request excerpts or alterations of registered information or request them to be deleted. You do this by notifying Isaform AB in writing. An encrypted Internet traffic and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology are used an'd followed to ensure that your personal information is effectively protected when purchasing.
5. Returns
Right to return within 14 days efter delivery. Note All prints with a personal touch are made directly to you as a customer and these do not apply to the right of withdrawal.
When using your right of withdrawal:
- You must contact us about your withdrawal. The message should be sent to us [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clear.. We will then return to you with a return address.
- You will send the item within 3 days of confirmation of the return from us.
- You are responsible for shipping, return shipping, delivery and condition of the products on return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging. In the amount of the refund, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.
6. Complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or improperly dispatched when it arrives, we will remedy the error free of charge. You must always contact us before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
7. Fetched goods
If you as a customer would not pick up your order and it is returned by the postal company, we charge a fee of 200 SEK to orders outside sweden. The fee is necessary for us to cover shipping and handling costs that arise.
8. Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this site as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible. Colors on prints can also differ from order to order as they are printed on different machines that are calibrated differently. Also note that no frame comes with prints.
