Questions

Paper and print quality

Prints up to size 30×40 cm are digitally printed on 300 g paper with an uncoated, soft surface and a natural, gentle white tone. Prints in size 40×50 cm and larger are digitally printed on “Studio Enhanced” 200 g Hahnemühle acid-free fine art paper with a soft white, matte finish. Please note that the images may be a few millimeters smaller than stated, as they are hand-cut and the measurements are not always exact.

I would like to send a print to a different address, is it possible?
Of course! You can change delivery adress in checkout.

I would like to color match two prints, is that possible?
It is fully possible to color match multiple prints. To an additional cost of 100 SEK you can order a print in your own choice of colors. Contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you.

Framing
It’s always best to take prints to a professional framing studio, especially for larger prints. Large prints are also recommended to be mounted on board, as the paper can warp slightly over time in certain humidity conditions. If you purchase prints and frames here, framing is not included.

Why does my tray have lines along the edges?
All wooden trays are handmade. When the design is laminated onto the wood, small folds in the paper can appear as lines along the edges. All trays have these small marks, which are part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.

How do I wash my cotton textiles?
Hand wash all cotton textiles at 30°C (86°F). Turn pillowcases and fabric bags inside out. For bags with leather handles, machine washing is not recommended; use spot cleaning by hand instead.

How do I wash my linen textiles?
For the first wash, use a hand wash program at 30°C (86°F); after that, you can wash at 40°C (104°F). Use a mild detergent and optionally add a splash of vinegar. When using a washing machine, do not overload it, so the fabric can move freely, which reduces wrinkles and cracking in the print—especially important for dark-colored linen prints, where cracking can be more visible. Linen dries very quickly, so it’s best to lay flat to dry, or for kimonos or aprons, hang on a hanger. If ironing is needed, iron on the back side of the fabric. The most effective way to iron linen is when it is still slightly damp.
